National Trust

The National Trust has started to open some gardens and parklands across England and Northern Ireland through advanced booking including more than 200 coast and countryside car parks.

All houses remain closed for now.

We’re following government advice closely and will reopen more places as soon as we can. We’ve introduced advanced booking at some places to help manage visitor numbers and maintain safe, social distancing.

All visitors must book in advance, even if you’re a member. Sadly, if you don’t book, you’ll be turned away.

We’re limiting numbers to make sure that we can keep visitors and staff safe. These limited advance tickets do go quickly, and many of our most popular places are now fully booked up to 28 June. But every Friday we release new tickets for the following week, so it’s worth checking back regularly.
